If there is a problem with your order, please contact us at contact@uzalis.co.uk and we will do our best to make things right.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us as soon as possible if:
• Your order arrives damaged
• Your product is faulty
• You receive the wrong item
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include photographs of the product and packaging where possible. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, refund, or other suitable resolution.
Returns
Due to the nature of food products, we are unable to accept returns of opened items.
Unopened products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, provided they remain sealed, unused, and in their original condition.
To request a return, please contact contact@uzalis.co.uk before sending any item back. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund after it has been issued.
Failed Deliveries
We cannot accept responsibility for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate before placing your order.
